Hassle free incremental backup software. Take countless incremental snapshots of your valuable files/folders/drives to the same backup media over and over again. Retain several backup versions, to overcome a corrupted backup, and automate backup scheduling and deletion of outdated backup versions. Restore any backup version in a single restore session.Relative Rev Backup takes a full backup for the first snapshot, and after a definable period. You can also define just how many and which snapshots you want to keep, and at the right time the program will discard the undesired snapshots. It can also seamlessly discard full or incremental backup snapshots, without hurting any of the remaining snapshots. With a reasonable storage size, this allows countless snapshots of your data to be taken, without ever having to replace the backup media.At the same time, even if you done a number of incremental backups, you can choose any available snapshot, to perform a drive/folder/file restore in a single session! Backup and restore wizards simply guide you through the setup process. Feature reach options include: several filters, reports, compression and other important features.Relative Rev Backup can utilize any drive letter, including mapped network drives and UNC paths (in a LAN environment). It can backup to a wide range of backup media such as JAZZ and ZIP disks, DiskOnKey, hard disks (HDD - Local, USB 2.0 / 1.1, or IEEE 1394 attached). It can also backup to CD-RW (CDRW) and DVD RW (DVD +/- RW) if the appropriate drivers have been installed.Relative Rev Backup is available in Std./Pro. editions (Pro. edition supports Enhanced GFS which enables taking frequent snapshots, selectively storing only a small number of snapshots, and at the same time it enables the restore of data backed up many months back), compatible with Windows 98/NT4.0/2000/XP, and requires about 7MB of free disk space.
