Lobby Manager is a customer management tool that eliminates the paper "sign in sheet" in your service lobby. If a customer is in need of service, the receptionist simply types in the customer's name and the service they need into Lobby Manager. An instant notification issent to all service rep workstations that are running Lobby Manager. The customer's name and service appear in a list so that the rep can "see the lobby" from their desk! The receptionist can view all reps who are occupied with a customer. To prevent customers from waiting beyond a established time limit, Lobby Manager informs you of a "wait time" violations.

Lobby Manager offers instant notification, calendar, history tracking, and data exporting for reports.
